Returns Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase then neither are we. If you wish to return an item for any reason please email returns@kayaksireland.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Any unwanted item purchased in our on-line store may be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund of the sale price provided it is in a salable condition and accompanied by the original packaging and tags. We advise customers returning products purchased online to obtain proof of postage as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
In the event of faulty items we will refund the customer's cost of return postage once a postage receipt is provided. We will not refund the value of return postage in the event of unwanted items and in light of this we ask customers to consider carefully before making purchases online.
Any item purchased online may be returned to the store on Lavitts Quay if the customer so wishes.
When dealing with items that are faulty it is our policy to expedite the process to the best of our ability. However, there are some technical products that cannot be evaluated by our staff and must be returned to the manufacturers for testing. When this occurs our staff will do their utmost to ensure the customer receives a satisfactory result as quickly as possible.
To receive a refund for any reason customers must present a valid till sales receipt. This can be identified by the Matthews logo at the top of the receipt. A credit or laser card receipt or a bank statement will not be sufficient to grant a refund. We do not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers under any circumstances.
